Here’s my Detox Shopping List. As I’m sure you’ve heard before, diet is 80% and exercise is 20% of your fitness journey. It’s important to shop the outside aisles of the grocery and leave the middle aisle alone because that’s where you’re bound to find something unhealthy.
I’ve divided this list up by color. (You can thank the OCD in me) I’ve also starred (*) the foods that our guts tolerate the best. Those foods are the ones you want to choose first. Also, keep in mind that cooked veggies easier to digest than raw ones.
